My townhomes in Barrie are ENERGY STAR qualified homes with EnerGuide ratings of 84, 85 and 86. This means they include ENERGY STAR appliances. Anything with the ENERGY STAR rating is efficient and good for the environment. Their appliances are high-performance and use less energy, saving money on operating costs.
ENERGY STAR appliances use the latest technology to deliver energy-efficiency. They have great features and don’t compromise on performance. For example, ENERGY STAR dishwashers have special sensors, smart water filtration, more efficient jets and innovative dish rack designs. Qualified washing machines use 25% less energy and 40% less water than standard models. Smart designs, efficient motors and high-tech sensors combine to deliver a quality machine.
These are smart investments that will save you money on energy bills for years. They also reduce your carbon footprint and contribute to healthier communities. It’s a win-win situation.
ENERGY STAR appliances are all tested and third-party certified to ensure the utmost efficiency and functioning. If you don’t already have qualified appliances, consider upgrading and learn about the government’s rebate program here.
These are only one of the green features of a Sean home. We designed and constructed the homes with energy-efficiency and your health in mind. My goal is to build healthy, sustainable communities that are better for you and your family, and better for the environment. We can achieve this by working together and by continuing to make smart investments in sustainability.
