Low VOC materials are changing the way we build new houses As I often state, the environment is a big deal to me – because a green home is a better, healthier home for you and your family. I extend this philosophy to the actual construction of the home, as I’ve alluded to in the past. Why Greenhouse Gases Are Reaching Record Highs – And How We Can Help. While reading the news this week, one particular article really hit home for me – and it really bothered me. This week, I want to talk about greenhouse gas. According to recent research, we’ve hit a record high of carbon dioxide emissions – the highest rate we’ve seen in 30 years. It’s hard to turn a blind eye from this and we can no longer plead ignorance when it comes to global warming. With these facts in mind, the chilling truth is that we are reaching a point of no return. Soon, we will have damaged our planet beyond repair.
